Alice is a 100% cotton, retro inspired dress with a tailored crossover bodice with a V-neckline, cap sleeves, a zip in the centre of the back and pockets. Made in Breeze, a gorgeous multi-coloured leafy print on a blue base. The skirt is fuller than our other dresses, flares gently from the waist, skimming the tummy and gracefully falling to just over the knee. Pair Alice with flats or heals; it is perfect for the classroom, picnics, parties, anything!

The dress is nicely shaped. It fits me well. The print is my favourite out of all prints although once again, not quite as bright as in the photo. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I’ve purchased two dresses from Karma East, and love them both. The Alice dress is both beautiful and comfortable. It can gape a little in the bust, so might be better sizing down rather than up for this particular style if you’re in between sizes. The zip was initially a bit sticky, and difficult to get past the waist “band” but has loosened up with a couple of wears. The Karma East team were really helpful in assisting me to get the right size. I really appreciate the kindness and patience of their staff as well as the quality of their clothes!

My second dress from Karma East and love it. Not normally my style but being cotton perfect for working in hot climates. Or with stockings and boots for cooler temps.

Smaller than anticipated - ordered with my measurements

I love the vibrant colours in this dress. I upsized, which gives a comfortable fit. I love the length of the dress. I get many compliments from this dress - all asking - "Where is it from!!" Highly recommend!!

Beautiful style and print, and I love the pockets! I bought two Alice dresses in different prints, both size S. Despite measuring and buying the recommended size, both dresses were too big and gapey at the chest - the Neela dress was much larger at the chest than the Twilight. I ended up paying a seamstress to fix both dresses. They’re now 5 star dresses, however I’ll reserve the other 2 stars for my seamstress who made them fit perfectly.

The pomegrantate print is so special and unique! I already had this print in the Aubrey top and when it came back in the Alice dress, resistance was futile! This is my first dress from Karma East and I love it so much! It is very flattering and comfortable. I love the cross-over bodice and V neck, the cap sleeves and fuller skirt. And of course the pockets! I am wearing a Medium. The quality of the cotton is great and the print does not fade over time. I know I will get lots of compliments for the dress as I have for the top. I look forward to getting more Alice dresses in exciting new prints!
