REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
We have a no hassle (60 days from the date of Purchase) money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Karma East Web store.
Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from Karma East, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note jewellery and items to the value of $20 and under are not included in our returns policy unless they are faulty.
Returns shipping cost is to be paid by Customer.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refund. If you purchased an item via gift card and return that item you will be refunded onto the gift card

Returning items in store
You may return items to any of our stores for refund or credit note. How ever you are required to bring proof of purchase (receipt) with you.
Note: Refund service is only for online purchases. We do not offer refund on goods purchased in store (unless faulty).
We recommend that if you would like an item in another size that you reorder it as soon as you can because we do not offer order exchanges and we really don’t want you to miss out! Then follow the above steps to send back the size you don't want.
Faulty goods return
Our packing pixies carefully check the quality of each garment leaving Karma HQ. If you have received an item that appears faulty or damaged please email us within 7 days of receiving your item with pictures of the fault so we can quickly resolve this issue for you. Email: email@example.com
