Returns policy

At Karma East, we want you to love what you wear and be 100% happy with your choices. We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase for products bought from our online store. 

For Australia

  • Items $30 and under, or discounted by 30% or more, or are marked as FINAL SALE can only be returned for store credit.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available on final sale items unless they are faulty.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return for store credit

When returning items for store credit, return postage is deducted from the credit amount.

Once we have received your returns, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the item.

To ship items back to us, use our returns portal, or send back via your own postage method including our returns form.

Return for exchange

We offer exchanges only on items over the value of $30, and items which are discounted less than 30%, and are not marked as FINAL SALE.

Return postage will be deducted from the refund amount if available. If refund amount is not available, return postage is to be paid upfront.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges


Karma East will cover the cost of shipping the new item.

Use the returns portal to ship the item back to us. Return fees are calculated based on the location of where the parcel will be sent from.

Once paid, your exchange request will be approved automatically.

Alternatively you can send your return back via your own postage method, and include our returns form stipulating what you would like in exchange.


We offer exchange of items ONCE PER ORDER.

Discounts are not transferable, except for alternate sizes in the same product.

Return for a refund

We accept returns for refund only on items over the value of $30, and items which are discounted less than 30%, and are not marked as FINAL SALE.

When choosing to return your purchases for a refund, the return shipping is deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that we only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping.

Sale item returns

Items $30 and under, or discounted by 30% or more, or are marked as FINAL SALE can only be returned for store credit.

Jewellery returns

Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons.

All other Jewellery under the value of $30 can not be returned unless faulty.

Faulty item returns

If you have received an item that appears to be faulty or damaged, please provide pictures of the issue via the returns portal.

This will enable us to swiftly resolve the issue for you.

Returns from outside of Australia

When returning purchases from outside Australia please send back via your own postage method and include our returns form stipulating refund, exchange, or store credit. 

We offer exchanges on full-price items (discounted up to 29.99%) over the value of $30. Return postage is paid by the customer, and Karma East will cover the cost of shipping the new item.

Returns drop off

Customers can drop items and pick up exchanges from the front door but are not permitted to come in to try items on. Please email our friendly admin team in advance to give them a heads up so they can assist you.

Gift Voucher refunds

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refund. If you purchased an item using a gift card and decide to return it, the refund will be issued back onto the gift card.
