SHIPPING

We use Australia Post to deliver items from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days and delivery is estimated at between 5-15 business days. Express post orders are prioritized by our dispatch team, however carrier delays are beyond our control. 

During peak season and sales, orders may take longer to dispatch. If we are unable to dispatch your order due to a missing item we will notify you within 3 business days.

Shipping Insurance

We also offer shipping insurance for all orders. If your order is insured, we will fully cover any damage or loss of items. In the case of no insurance on an order, there is no cover for any damages or loss of items

 

Import Duties or Taxes

The country of destination may require you to pay import taxes, duties and/or processing fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping. These additional fees are not covered by Karma East and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Domestic orders can be tracked using the Australia Post tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. For International orders we recommend using the tracking number on your national postal service.

For Example: if you are ordering from The United States, the tracking number is to be used on the USPS Website.
