Returns policy
At Karma East, we want you to love what you wear and be 100% happy with your choices. We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase for products bought from our online store.
For Australia
- Items $30 and under are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
- Items discounted by 30% or more can only be returned for store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Return for store credit
When choosing to return full price items for store credit, shipping back to us is free.
Once we have received your returns, we will issue a gift voucher equal to the value of the item.
Use our returns portal to ship the items back to us.
Return for exchange
We offer exchanges on full-price items (and discounted up to 29.99%) over the value of $30. Return postage is paid by the customer, and Karma East will cover the cost of shipping the new item.
Use the returns portal to ship the item back to us. We will email you a link for a $12 return label fee.
Once paid, your exchange request will be approved automatically.
Please note: We offer exchange of items ONCE PER ORDER.

Return for a refund
When choosing to return your purchases for a refund, the return shipping is to be paid by the customer. We will deduct a $12 return label fee from your order.
Please note that we only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping.

Items discounted by 30% or more can only be returned for store credit.

Jewellery returns
Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons.
All other Jewellery under the value of $30 can not be returned unless faulty.

If you have received an item that appears to be faulty or damaged, please provide pictures of the issue via email. This will enable us to swiftly resolve the issue for you.
Return and exchanges from outside Australia
Please use our returns form for refund, exchange, or store credit when returning purchased from outside Australia.

Returns drop off
Customers can drop items and pick up exchanges from the front door but are not permitted to come in to try items on. Please email or call our friendly admin team in advance to give them a heads up so they can assist you. Our number is 08 8379 0992

Gift Voucher refunds
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refund. If you purchased an item using a gift card and decide to return it, the refund will be issued back onto the gift card.
