Pre Orders

Pre ordering allows you to secure an item before it arrives at our warehouse. You'll pay for your pre order when you place your order, and we'll send it to you as soon as it arrives and is ready to go.

If your order includes both in stock and pre order items, we'll send the in stock items first. Your pre order items will follow in a separate parcel once they arrive at our warehouse. You won't be charged any additional shipping for the second parcel.

The shipping date shown on a pre order is an approximate date based on when we expect the item to be ready. Your order may be sent earlier if it arrives ahead of schedule. From time to time, production or freight delays can also mean it is sent a little later than expected. We'll always get it on its way as soon as we can.

You can cancel your pre order at any time before it has been dispatched. Simply get in touch with our customer service team and we'll arrange this for you.

While you're waiting, there's no need to contact us for an update. We haven't forgotten about your order and we're keeping track of it for you. Once your pre order arrives at our warehouse, we'll get it packed and on its way. As soon as it has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Pre ordering also gives you the chance to secure your preferred size before a new delivery arrives, particularly for styles that may sell quickly. It also helps us better understand what our customers want, so we can make more thoughtfully and reduce unnecessary excess stock.
