All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Express shipping is prioritized by our dispatch team, however carrier delays are beyond our control.

During peak seasons or sales events, dispatch times may be longer. If we are unable to dispatch your order due to a missing item, we will notify you within 3 business days.
