Shipping – New Zealand
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Express shipping is prioritised by our dispatch team, however carrier delays are beyond our control.
During peak seasons or sales events, dispatch times may be longer. If we are unable to dispatch your order due to a missing item, we will notify you within 3 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- Regular Shipping: 10–14 business days (regional areas may take longer)
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate Regular Shipping: $14.95 NZD
- Flat rate Express Shipping: $16.95 NZD
- Free Regular Shipping on orders $200 NZD and over
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Your parcel will begin with Australia Post and then transfer to New Zealand Post for final delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes: Clothing from Australia is duty-free under the AU–NZ trade agreement, however NZ Customs charges 15% GST on orders over NZ $1,000.
