Orders are processed in the order they’re received but express post orders are prioritised. Please note that during sale times there are no shipping time guarantees, however If you require your order in a hurry we strongly recommend choosing express post. 

We’ll email your tracking details once your order is on its way, if you haven’t received a tracking number your order has not yet been dispatched (it pays to check your junk mail too) Please be patient with our team, they are dealing with a lot of inquiries and doing their best to help everyone.
