When does the Sale start and finish?

Our Black Friday Sale begins at 7:00am ACDT on Thursday, 13th November, and wraps up at midnight on Friday, 21st of November. Our site will be closed from 8pm on Wednesday the 12th of November until 7am on the 13th.

It runs for 9 days, but don’t wait—the first day is always a bit wild, and we expect the biggest discounted items to be snapped up quickly!

When will my order ship?

During our sale, dispatch times will be longer due to the high volume of orders. We are a small team and everyone is working hard to get everything out the door as quickly as possible. Sadly, our OH&S officer has officially said no to roller-skates in the warehouse.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Where is my order?

Before reaching out to our amazing customer service team please check the following
1. Have you received a tracking number? If not it's likely your order is yet to be processed by our packing pixies. As we have mentioned a few times now it gets super busy! Please be patient, we are working through the orders chronologically and will get it to you ASAP
2. You have received a tracking number...
Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our delivery partners, it’s in their capable hands. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Will I need a code?

No codes needed! Our site will be in lockdown the night before the sale... eek! Don’t worry if you arrive early and can’t get in, there’s no secret code or login required.
Please be patient, our founders are up at the crack of dawn and working late into the night to make sure everything’s ready for the big day!

We’ll make the website available to everyone at 7:00am ACDT on Thursday, 13th November.

Can I use a discount code during the sale?

Sorry lovely, no double dipping. First order or other discount codes can’t be used during the Sale, sale prices are already marked down for you

Can I change or or add to my order?

We’re unable to make changes, or combine multiple orders once they’re placed. During busy sale periods, our packing pixies work through orders in the order they’re received to keep things fair for everyone, so please double-check your items before checking out.

I’ve placed a second order, can you ship it with my first order?

Sorry lovely, due to the large volume of orders received during sale periods we are not able to combine orders. Orders are packed chronologically to ensure fairness to our community.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can you change it before my order’s dispatched?

We will try! If you have ordered the wrong size please email us asap and if your order is not yet dispatched and we have the correct size in stock we will happily fix this for you.

Can I return an item I purchased on Sale?

I purchased something before the sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?

Sorry friends! We do not offer rainchecks for our sale. 

I'm in Adelaide can I pick my order up.

Sorry friends! Ordinarily yes, however our team is so under the pump during sale times we can't facilitate local pick up and this option will be removed from our site
