KARMA EAST BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Karma East Pty Ltd ("Karma East"), ABN 95675344351, located at 6 William Street Beverley, Adelaide, South Australia.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to all Karma East customers aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. who make a purchase of $200AUD or more during our 11th Birthday sale, however only Australian residents will go into the 1st prize draw. The Runner up prize entry is valid for all countries, the vouchers are in Australian Dollars.
2.2 Employees of Karma East and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants must have a valid email address and be subscribed to the Karma East mailing list at the time of the draw.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition commences on 22/02/25 and closes at 11:59 PM ACDT on 4/03/25
3.2 Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must place an order to the value of $200 Aud or more between Saturday the 22nd of February and midnight Tuesday the 4th of March 2025.
5. Prize Details
5.1 The 1st prize winner will receive
a) A wardrobe selection session at Karma East HQ in Adelaide, valued at AUD $1,100Aud.
b) A return economy flight to Adelaide from the winner’s nearest capital city, up to the value of $600Aud
c) Two (2) nights of accommodation in Adelaide, arranged by Karma East.
d) A professional makeup session.
e) A photoshoot with Kat, the founder of Karma East.
5.2 Additionally, 3 runner-up winners will each receive a $500Aud Karma East gift voucher.
5.3 The wardrobe selection for the 1st prize draw must take place at Karma East HQ in Adelaide on a date agreed upon by both parties.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
5.5 If the winner is unable to attend on the agreed date, the prize may be forfeited at Karma East’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
6.2 The draw will take place on 5/03/25 at Karma East HQ.
6.3 The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner may be selected at Karma East’s discretion.
7. Travel & Accommodation
7.4 The $600Aud flight credit is specifically for the purpose of traveling to Adelaide to claim the prize. If the winner is already located in Adelaide, this portion of the prize is null and void, and no alternative compensation will be provided.
7.1 Karma East will book and cover the cost of the return economy flight up to the value of $600 Aud and two (2) nights’ accommodation.
7.2 The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, and personal expenses.
7.3 If the winner resides in South Australia, the flight component will not be included, and no compensation will be provided.
8. Photoshoot & Publicity
By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to take part in a photoshoot and have their images shared with the Karma East community through email and social media.
8.1 The winner agrees to participate in a photoshoot at Karma East HQ as part of the Giveaway Prize.
8.2 Karma East reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and the Karma East website.
8.3 The winner may be required to sign a media release form.
9. General Terms
9.1 By accepting the prize, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Karma East reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
9.3 The decision of Karma East regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
10. Privacy
10.1 Any personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used in accordance with Karma East’s Privacy Policy.
10.2 Participants agree to receive marketing emails from Karma East, from which they may unsubscribe at any time.
