The gorgeous Etta Dress is made from 100% cotton, in Breeze, a leafy print in greens, browns, blues and cream with pops of coral, on a blue base. This versatile and comfortable cotton dress is perfect for any occasion with its V-neck, short sleeves and empire waistline, this dress flatters any figure. Convenient pockets make it practical for everyday wear. With no zip, simply slip it on and go. Wear with flats or heels, add leggings, boots and a cardi for a stylish look in cooler weather.

This dress is a little long for me and will need taking up so it doesn’t look too dowdy. The cotton is quite stiff (still light and cool) but will hopefully become less so with a few washes.

Etta - such a cool dress

received my Etta dress in Neela just before Christmas. I love it! The dress is wash and wear, no need to iron. Empire line is a loose fit and so cool, just perfect for the heatwave conditions we have been experiencing. I have worn it so much I have ordered another in a different pattern 😎

Lovely pattern-obsidian

Ordered the Etta and a Frankie. Frankie material is so much softer and still feels light with lining. The Etta doesn’t need lining, but the fabric is very stiff/crisp. I have washed it several times and used baking sofa, but it’s taking ages to soften up. The ‘tummy disguising’ factor doesn’t really work yet because the crisp fabric sticks out, especially when you sit. I took darts in the front.
Also the style was very long. I chopped off 12 cm! Then I took in the sides to get more shape. I basically turned it into a different dress because it seemed to age me. However I like it now and hope it will soften up more.

Etta is the one

I purchased 3 different Karma East dress styles to try, and all are great quality, comfortable, roomy and beautiful prints. The length, V-neck and flowiness make the Etta style the winner for my apple-ish shape figure. It was more flattering than the Frankie style for me personally. The size 12 is generous, I wonder if I could have gone for a 10, but the 12 is comfortable. Will definitely be purchasing more Ettas in future,.. and I love the pockets too!!!!!!

A bit crisp!

I love the look of this dress, but it doesn't have the soft cotton lining like the previous round-neck dress I purchased. I found the material to be too stiff and it stays like that even after washing. I love the v-neckline. I find all the Karma East dresses are a snug fit around the bust, even though I have a small bust, so be aware of that when ordering.

Cool flattering comfort

The Karma East Etta Dianthus is a first for me in this style. I was attracted to the joyous print, V neckline, excellent sleeve length and undefined style sillouette which would be so cool for summer. A medium weight cotton which does not need to be lined ticks all the boxes for a standout tropical summer dress. I've received many positive comments and proudly say it's "Karma East"!

Bought two .. Dianthus and Flannel Flower. So pretty .. so cool.. so easy to wear..Any age can wear these dresses.. I am 82 and look good and feel good wearing .. have had lots of questions as to where i purchased .. so expect some more orders

Lovely print

My very first Karma East order and not sure why I hesitated for quite so long. Dianthus is a gorgeous print. For me the Etta style is quite generous in the body but fitted around the bust so my advice would be for potential buyers to check the style size carefully. So pleased that Karma East provides this. Love the pockets and material weight. Cotton is invariably a winner but with other companies the material can be quite thin. Not so here! Delivery was prompt given that I ordered in Dec.

Fits well

This dress fits nicely and I love the fabric. I will take it n slightly at the v neck to bring the shoulders in but only because I am narrow across the shoulders and it is an easy alteration
